当你走到锅底时
when you get to the bottom of the pot
只要肯努力
As long as you work hard
无论朝哪个方向走，都是向上的
No matter which direction you go,it’s always up
生活起起伏伏，高潮和低谷总是交替出现
Life is full of ups and downs,highs and lows
